You dropped food on the floor...
Floating Bed...
Confidence, Trust & Hope
Confidence, Trust & Hope
Once, all village people decided to pray for rain. On the day of prayer all people gathered and only one boy came with an Umbrella;
that's Confidence

Trust should be like the feeling of a one year old baby when you throw him in the air, he laughs......because he knows you will catch him;
that's Trust
***
Every night we go to bed, we have no assurance to get up alive in the next morning but still you have plans for the coming day;

Think Good
- When you are thinking of a bad song or a bad thought that you can't get out of your head don't try to get rid of it, otherwise it will come straight back at you. It's like physics - every action has a reaction. If you hit a wall, it applies the same amount of force back. Thats why your hand hurts. Try not to throw away the thought, just regard it as any other minor thought, however horrific, and don't feel guilty about this. Naturally your thoughts will move on.
- It's only when you regard it as a big thing that you will dwell on it. Furthermore, think like this. If you did carry on thinking about it, you would simply justify yourself and the position you were in. However, this just spends more energy on it which isn't a good thing. Remember, it's already happened, thinking about a bad thing will only prolong your bad mood.
- If you're apprehensive about something, think as if it's already happened and gone amazingly. This way you're setting your self in good stead for it. Thinking this way also relieves the pressure.

Be Healthy..
Veggies and Fruits
1. Eat at least nine servings of vegetables a day, which is about 4-1/2 cups. In particular, dietitians recommend dark leafy greens as well as veggies that are a rich red, yellow or orange.
2. Keep fruit out where you can see it, such as in a bowl or basket on your kitchen counter. You'll be more likely to grab a banana or orange for a snack.
3. Not all serving sizes of fruit and veggies are equal. For example, to get the equivalent of 1 cup's worth of veggies when eating leafy greens, you actually need 2 cups' worth. Also, 1/2 cup of dried fruit is equal to one cup of fresh fruit.
Meat, Fish, Poultry and Eggs
4. Meat, fish, poultry and eggs all contain protein and iron, which are both needed for building strong muscles. Strong muscles are a must no matter what your age. In fact, if you stand up and take just one step, you will use 54 muscles. However, if you prefer a vegetarian or vegan lifestyle, you can also get protein through peanut butter, dried beans, peas and nuts.
5. The iron found in meat helps carry oxygen to muscles, prevents infections and fights off anemia, which decreases energy.
Dairy
6. Tweens and teens need 1,300mg of calcium daily and they can get 900mg of that by drinking 3 cups of low-fat or fat-free milk.
7. Besides building strong bones throughout your body, the calcium in dairy products, such as milk, cheese, and yogurt, also keep your teeth, gums, and jawbones healthy and strong.
8. Even those who are lactose intolerant (people who have difficulty digesting dairy products) can sometimes comfortably digest a cup of milk if they drink it along with a regular meal.
Whole Grains
9. The fiber found in whole grains can protect against heart disease and lower cholesterol levels. Fiber also helps fill you up, which can help you maintain or lose weight.
10. Whole grains (as opposed to the refined or enriched grains found in foods like white bread) also provide minerals such as magnesium and selenium. Magnesium builds up bone strength and helps release energy out of your muscles. Selenium helps you develop a healthy immune system

Attitude Diet...
Positive Attitude Diet Day 1: Fill your mind with positives.
Instead of living your life on autopilot, letting any and all thoughts come into your mind, consciously feed your mind positive input. Do this on the first day of every week, and do it throughout the day. Read inspirational books; listen to uplifting music, or call an upbeat person. And by all means, avoid the cynics and gripers.
Positive Attitude Diet Day 2: Affirm yourself.
To build a positive attitude you must remind yourself of past victories. Congratulate yourself on the good you have done and will do. And refuse to let any self-doubt enter your mind. Just tell yourself over and over, "I am filled with confidence, and I am competent."
Positive Attitude Diet Day 3: Think only good things about people.
Don't allow ill thoughts to enter your mind. Look for something you like in everyone you meet. One person might have a great smile, and another one might be extremely dedicated to his work. You can always find something you like.
Positive Attitude Diet Day 4: Speak only positive words.
In order to build and maintain a positive attitude, you must speak hopefully about everything -- your job, your customers, your manager, your employees, your children, your health, and your future. Go out of your way to talk optimistically about everything.
