At least that's the image I get. But it's really self-reflection. If you sit and look at the trees and sky, and it helps you to shake off the racing mind, to focus on life and self, then that's what you're doing. I had a hard time accepting that I didn't fall into some kind of spiritual coma while I was meditating! It's a personal thing, and it sure feels good doesn't it?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2124891711709822751.post-48580281461933906862009-05-04T07:35:00.000+07:002009-05-04T07:35:00.000+07:00Really Rain..? Meditation is whatever you make it to be honest. It's just sitting quietly and concentrating on one thing to keep your mind from racing through your stressful day. That's why people chant, it's to focus. I kind of do a walking meditation when I'm in the forest. I concentrate on the trees and wind blowing, and that clears my mind!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2124891711709822751.post-90634406261151422009-05-02T10:28:00.000+07:002009-05-02T10:28:00.000+07:00I'd love to learn how to meditate..in fact since a...I'd love to learn how to meditate..in fact since a long time ago i wanted to learn yoga but too bad I still don't have time to do it..but I'm sure someday I'm gonna do it..boya arsilahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17209173957621581199noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2124891711709822751.post-60582242340239345012009-05-01T20:36:00.000+07:002009-05-01T20:36:00.000+07:00One of the things I learned in therapy was quiet m...One of the things I learned in therapy was quiet meditation with concentration on breathing. It's a coping technique for panic attacks and high anxiety. I like the idea of putting yourself in the shoes of the writer.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
