Those of you who are reading this must have a clue that I am now craving of blueberry. Just about a week ago I was really craving for chocolate (as always) and on the weekend I had the best chocolate truffles with rum=) I guess this weekend it's time to satisfy my craving for blueberry. I am thinking of eating on this famous pancake restaurant in town and having a blueberry cheese pancake. Now I'm mouth-watering ha ha. So here I am browsing for blueberries pictures while at the same time searching for the health benefits of this little purple-black fruit. I just found out that there are approximately 30 different species of blueberries, wow, that's new info for me,considering all this time I just knew one type of blueberry. If you read the benefits below, you sure can say that this tiny fruit brings delivers big influence for our health.

Mmmm I love Blueberries. Can you believe I only barely had blue berries for the first time about 6 years ago. Yep I always assumed I wouldn't like them. Oh and since then, I swear I could probably live off them.
