Avocado for your hair

I'm planning to grow my hair. And I promise to myself that I'm not going to cut it. I always have medium hair style but this time I'm gonna try to have long length hair style. So, since then I always use hair products to give strength to my hair so I won't have trouble with falling hair. I'm using ginseng hair tonic everday and conditioner. This morning when I woke up I found my mom was making an avocado juice. And when I was browsing for today's news on the web, I found this recipe for having a healthy and shiny hair by using avocado. Care to have a try? I personally going to try this for my hair. So, this time I'm not going to post about some recipes for us to eat but for the health of our hair..yay. Here's what the article says about avocado for your hair..
