Bread Crust With Herbs
Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup milk
- ¼ cup thick yogurt (like Greek yogurt)
- mix of fresh herbs (sage, thyme, basil, chives)
- bread crumbs
Directions
- In a bowl mix egg, milk and yogurt. Shred herbs and add it to the mix.
- Heat an oven to 175*C. One after another place bread crusts in a bowl (just cover it with a mix, you don’t want it to soak), place on a baking tray covered with a baking paper and bake for 15 minutes.
