Do we all know what love is? Do we all know what unconditional means? If you can come close to understanding , even if it is just something so tenuous in the back of your mind that you just might not be sure... be assured... you know.
Love is not so great a mystery that we should find ourselves trying to explain it and quantifying it. We know when we are loved and we know when we are not.
We know when we love someone and we know when we do not.I am not speaking of lust or infatuation. Those things do not come close to what love is. Loving another is not about what you receive . Loving another is simply giving yourself. All that you are. It can never be about what you can get.
If you are fortunate to find yourself beginning to love someone and you ask yourself " what can i gain from this relationship ?" than I would ask you to think long and hard about why you believe you think you are being loving. When I love you and you tell me you do not love me , do I stop loving you ? If i say yes than my love was given with conditions. Is that love that any one of us really wants ?
If I believe that you love me , I want to know that I can totally screw up and leave you
completely disappointed in me . Each of us , has it it within us to totally screw up and disappoint those that love us. If I become fearful that I will "lose" your love if I act wrongly than I must believe your love comes with conditions. Is that what we really want? I want to love and be loved.I did not say " I want to love and be loved in return " I do love. Those that I love will receive all that I am . They do not need to give me anything. Not even their love. They can lie to me , they can abuse me , they can tell me that they have never loved me and i will still love them. Does this sound hard ? Is it really possible to love someone that way?
Yes to both questions. To love another unconditionally is the hardest thing you will ever do. No conditions means absolutely no conditions. When you get to the point (and I hope you will) that you can honestly say that you love another unconditionally, you will wonder how you could love any other way.(article source: here - image source: starrymornings.tumblr, scruffydoodle.tumblr)

An Awesome Day
Here's an article about Positive Thinking. The article is called "Positive Thinking Activities: 3 Easy Ways To Make Everyday An Awesome Day". I stumbled upon this article on articlecube.com, written by Michael Lee.Hope this will be helpful for those who need it and since it is now Friday...maybe you can start to practice one of the points below so you'll have a brilliant weekend ahead =) have a nice weekend everyone...
"Positive Thinking Activities:
3 Easy Ways To Make Everyday An Awesome Day"
Positive Thinking Activity # 1: Meditating
Meditation is a great way to start your day. It gives you the peace and quiet you deserve instead of the flurry of clothes, breakfasts and elbows you might usually start the day with.
It allows you to have a deeper connection with yourself. It calms you and helps you prepare for the challenges waiting ahead.
Contrary to what some people might think, meditating is not that difficult. All you have to do is find a comfortable spot, settle in a comfortable position, close your eyes and breathe. Focus on your breathing so you can reach a state where you’re no longer thinking about too many things. Do this for even ten minutes and you’re good to go.
Singing has the power to uplift you. It is an outlet which allows you to voice out your energy into the world. You don’t have to be a great singer as long as you choose a song that is positive and that resonates with you.
Sing while you’re cooking breakfast or while you’re in the shower. You might be surprised at how refreshing that will make you feel after!
Smiling doesn’t take a lot of effort to do, but it’s not something that comes naturally to most people either.
One important thing to remember is to never fake your smiles. People will find out if you're just forcing it. One thing you could do to give out genuinely likeable smiles is to find and focus on the positive qualities of people you're smiling to.
Smiling is an instant mood booster, so don’t stop finding reasons to do it often.
Positive thinking activities don’t have to get in the way of your everyday lives. If you notice, most of these suggested activities won’t even interfere with your daily morning routine.
In fact, they are created to blend into whatever activities you do in the morning. Of course, these can also be done at any time of the day. The more you do them, the more positive your outlook on life will be.

Holding hands..
Holding someone's hand is like coming home. Even if you don't really know what home is supposed to be like or feel like. You still have this vision in your brain of what you may have hoped it to have been, or what you wish it could be like.
You get that tingly feeling at the end of your finger tips and your toes. You feel like nothing else matters because you are there, in that moment with someone, and nothing is going to break it up. Nothing is going to tear that person away from you. There is no fighting, there is no shouting, there is no screaming. There is just you and that special person, and that feeling of complete and utter acceptance. There is comfort in holding someone's hand. There is security. There is pure joy. Sometimes you don't want to let go. You don't want to let go of that feeling. You're not used to it perhaps and you like the feeling, and you don't want to let go,say goodbye, and move on because you have finally found your home. Yes indeed, holding someone's hand is like finally coming home.

Monologue...
"You know how when you were a little kid and you believed in fairy tales, that fantasy of what your life would be, white dress, prince charming who would carry you away to a castle on a hill. You would lie in bed at night and close your eyes and you had complete and utter faith. Santa Claus, the Tooth Fairy, Prince Charming, they were so close you could taste them, but eventually you grow up, one day you open your eyes and the fairy tale disappears. Most people turn to the things and people they can trust. But the thing is its hard to let go of that fairy tale entirely cause almost everyone has that smallest bit of hope, of faith, that one day they will open their eyes and it will come true."
— Grey’s Anatomy Monologue
At some point, you have to make a decision. Boundaries don’t keep other people out, they fence you in. Life is messy. That’s how we’re made. So you can waste your life drawing lines… or you can live your life crossing them. But there are some lines… that are way too dangerous to cross. Here’s what I know: If you’re willing to take the chance, the view from the other side… is spectacular.

25 life lessons...
- The badness of a movie is directly proportional to the number of helicopters in it.
- You will never find anybody who can give you a clear and compelling reason why we observe daylight-saving time.
- People who feel the need to tell you that they have an excellent sense of humor are telling you that they have no sense of humor.
- The most valuable function performed by the federal government is entertainment.
- You should never say anything to a woman that even remotely suggests you think she's pregnant unless you can see an actual baby emerging from her at that m oment.
- A penny saved is worthless.
- They can hold all the peace talks they want, but there will never be peace in the Middle East. Billions of years from now, when Earth is hurtling toward the Sun and there is nothing left alive on the planet except a few microorganisms, the microorganisms living in the Middle East will be bitter enemies.
- The most powerful force in the universe is gossip.
- The one thing that unites all human beings, regardless of age, gender, religion, economic status, or ethnic background, is that, deep down inside, we all believe that we are above-average drivers.
- There comes a time when you should stop expecting other people to make a big deal about your birthday. That time is age 11.
- There is a very fine line between "hobby" and "mental illness."
- People who want to share their religious views with you almost nev er want you to share yours with them.
- There apparently exists, somewhere in Los Angeles, a comp uter that generates concepts for television sitcoms. When TV executives need a new concept, they turn on this computer; after sorting through of possible plot premises, it spits out, "THREE QUIRKY BUT ATTRACTIVE YOUNG PEOPLE LIVING IN AN APARTMENT," and the executiv es t urn this concept into a show. The next time they need an idea, the computer spits out, "SIX QUIRKY BUT ATTRACTIVE YOUNG PEOPLE LIVING IN AN APARTM ENT." Then the next time, it spits out, "FOUR QUIRK Y BUT ATTRACTIVE YOUNG PEOPLE LIVING IN AN APARTMENT." And so on. We need to locate this computer and destroy it with hammers.
- Nobody is normal.
- At least once per year, some group of scientists will become very excited and announce that: The universe is even bigger than they thought. There are even more subatomic particles than they thought! Whatever they announced last year about global warming is wrong. If you had to identify, in one word, the reason why the human race has not achieved and never will achieve, its full potential, that word would be "meetings"
- The main accomplishment of almost all organized protests is to annoy people who are not in them.
- The value of advertising is that it tells you the exact opposite of what the advertiser actually thinks. For example: If the advertisement says "This is not your father's Oldsmobile," the advertiser is desperately concerned that this Oldsmobile, like all other Oldsmobiles, appeals primarily to old farts like your father. If Coke and Pepsi spend billions of dollars to convince you that there are significant differences between these two products, both companies realize that Pepsi and Coke are virtually identical.
- If the advertisement strongly suggests that Nike shoes enable athletes to perform amazing feats, Nike wants you to disregard the fact that shoe brand is unrelated to athletic ability. If Budweiser runs an elaborate advertising campaign stressing the critical importance of a beer's "born-on" date, Budweiser knows this factor has virt ually nothing to do with how good a beer tastes. If there really is a God who created the entire universe with all of its glories, and He decides to deliver a message to humanity, He will not use, as His messenger, a person on cable TV with a bad hairstyle.
- You should not confuse your career with your life.
- A person who is nice to you, but rude to the waiter, is not a nice person.
- No matter what happens, somebody will find a way to take it too seriously.
- When trouble arises and things look bad, there is always one individual who perceives a solution and is willing to take command. Very often, that individual is crazy.
- Your friends love you anyway.
- Nobody cares if you can't dance well. Just get up and dance.

Cheese...
Classic Grilled Cheese
(makes 2 sandwiches)
***The key to making a good grilled cheese sandwich lies in the heat of the cooking surface. A griddle or well-seasoned cast-iron skillet will produce equally delicious results.
Ingredients:
- 4 slices (1/2 inch thick) firm white sandwich bread
- 1/4 pound cheddar cheese, sliced 1/3 inch thick
- Unsalted butter, room temperature
1. Heat a griddle or large cast-iron skillet over medium-low heat. Place two slices of bread on a clean work surface, and cover each with a layer of cheese; top with remaining bread slices, pressing gently to adhere. Generously butter both sides of each sandwich, spreading it all the way to the edges.
2. Place sandwiches on the griddle or in the skillet. Cook until golden brown on each side and the cheese has completely melted, 3 to 4 minutes per side, turning once. Before removing from griddle, flip sandwiches to reheat first side, about 15 seconds. Cut each sandwich diagonally in half; serve immediately.

Physical Appearance..
It's just seem funny to me that in the so-called modern era, some people still snap someone's personality based on his/her looks only. I don't say that it's wrong. I'm just saying that those who often judge others by their physical appearance only, should keep their first thought for themselves until they finally found out the real people behind that physical appearance. Don't you just think so? I'm trying to say that it's not really right to jump straight to the conclusion without taking a proper look on someone. I've once studied about "Halo Effect" on my management class. Based on wikipedia "Halo Effect" can be described as;
Here's what I found more about why people judge from physical appearance only, from eHow:
Scientific research suggests that opinions based on looks alone have been present since ancient man. Much of this strategy is based on fear and the avoidance of that which may be dangerous. Looks are the first criteria we have to assess a person. Communication was limited, so there weren't other methods to judge a person's character or suitability for mating. Most of what is considered attractive is directly related to physical attributes that indicate health. Luckily, unlike ancient humans, we can now say that these impressions are only our first impressions, not our only impressions. We must be aware of our human predisposition toward forming impressions based on looks and fight to judge people according to better criteria.
