You have to always be positive. I know it's hard for some people to do it, but it doesn't give you any harm to at least give an effort to be positive. I have a friend who don't seem to be able to think positive about many things going on. Sometimes I try to encourage her to think the other way round, which is to be positive. I know that things will not always go the way you want to but at least if you keep that positive vibe in your thoughts, you will at least have a chance of being positive. Even if it's just in your mind.

Positive thinking activities don’t have to get in the way of your everyday lives. If you notice, most of these suggested activities won’t even interfere with your daily morning routine.
