Katharine Hepburn-Cate Blanchett

Many fashion experts and people associate Cate Blanchett as the modern version of Katharine Hepburn. At first I wasn't very sure about that but then when I make this collage and compare them side by side, I started to agree with the opinion. Not just the look itself but also the way these amazing women bring out the best of their looks. What do you think?

Katharine Houghton Hepburn, born on May 12, 1907 – June 29, 2003 was an American actress of film, television and stage. Acclaimed throughout her 73-year career, Hepburn holds the record for the most Best Actress Oscar wins with four, from 12 nominations. Hepburn won an Emmy Award in 1976 for her lead role in Love Among the Ruins, and was nominated for four other Emmys, two Tony Awards and seven Golden Globes. In 1999, the American Film Institute ranked Hepburn as the greatest female star in the history of American cinema.

Catherine Élise "Cate" Blanchett was born on 14 May 1969. She is an Australian actress and theatre director that has won multiple acting awards, most notably two SAGs, two Golden Globe Awards, two BAFTAs, an Academy Award. I personally love to see her acting on two her movies; The Lord of the Rings trilogy and The Curious Case of Benjamin Button.
