Lingerie as an outwear..

I posted this image on my Tumblr. It's an image I found here. I wanted to know whether people like it or not to wear or see lingerie as an outwear. If it based only on this image, I would say it's OK to wear lingerie (pretty lingerie for sure) as an outwear. look at number 4 (the beige dress)..isn't it cute?
