A room with a view...

This really is a hotel with a very unique and spectacular view. Some even say that this hotel is fantasy of a hotel. What else can you ask if you can view the famous Eiffel tower from your window? The hotel is called Everland Hotel. This is a project by Swiss artist-duo L/B (Sabina Lang and Daniel Baumann). It is a hotel with only one room including a bathroom, a king-size bed and a lounge.

What makes it so different is that - because it is also an art installation - this hotel travels! It has been travelled to German (on the roof-deck of the Museum of Contemporary Art Leipzig), Yverdon, Switzerland (on the lake Neuchatel for 4 months). And now it is in Paris at the roof of Palais de Tokyo. I'm sure by now you must be thinking about the rate/price of the hotel, right? I think the price is quite reasonlabe considering the uniquness of the hotel. You can get the one and only room plus the unique view for €333 (weekdays) and for €444 (weekends).
